Short version: we collect what you type into the audit form, we use it to do the audit and reply to you, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect
If you fill in the free audit form: your name, your email address, your store URL, and your answers to the eleven questions the form asks about the account. That includes free text you type into the last two questions.
If you visit the site: one analytics cookie, and only where you have allowed it. In the UK and the EEA nothing is stored until you accept, and if you decline nothing is stored at all. There are no advertising cookies and nothing tracks you across other sites.
Nothing else. No account, no password, no payment details. The form never asks for a Klaviyo password and we never want one.
Why we collect it
To run the audit you asked for and send it back to you, and to reply if you asked for a call.
The analytics tells us which pages people read and which they leave. It is counted, not followed: it does not tell us who you are.
Where it goes
The form sends two emails, one to us and one to you, through Resend, which is the service that delivers them. It does not go anywhere else. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not added to a marketing list. You will not get campaigns because you asked for an audit.
Analytics is Google Analytics 4. Advertising signals are switched off on the property.
How long we keep it
The audit request stays in our email for as long as we are talking, and up to twelve months after the last message, so we can pick a conversation back up. After that it goes.
Analytics is kept for fourteen months, which is the shortest retention the tool allows.
Getting it removed
Ask, and we delete it. You do not have to give a reason and it does not affect anything else.
You can also ask what we hold, or ask for a copy.
Email hello@mailsbloom.com and say what you would like removed. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies
One analytics cookie, and only with consent where consent is required. You can change your mind: clear this site's data in your browser and the choice is asked again on your next visit.
